Established in 2012 near Moshav Natur in the southern Golan Heights, Kantir Farm is being developed into an agritourism destination that brings together wine culture, local cuisine and hospitality within a vineyard landscape. The programme includes a boutique winery offering visitors an insight into the winemaking process, a chef restaurant centred on local produce and overlooking the vineyards, welcoming public and reception spaces, and exclusive guest accommodation immersed in the surrounding landscape. The architecture is characterised by low-profile buildings, natural materials and references to the region’s local basalt, allowing the complex to blend sensitively into the topography and rugged character of the Golan. The project creates a direct connection to the working agricultural landscape, balancing secluded spaces for rest and retreat with vibrant communal areas dedicated to hospitality, gastronomy and wine culture.
